Cancellation Policy

Single / Individual Sessions: The Client may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying the Coach/Counselor at least [48] hours before his/her scheduled service, appointment, or reservation time. Until notice of cancellation is received and cancellation is finalized, service will continue and the Client is responsible for paying for said service or services. To cancel and/or reschedule, the Client must notify and/or contact the Coach/Counselor utilizing one of the following methods: • Email: contact@AccelerationGateway.org • Web: http://www.AccelerationGatewat.org/contact • Call/Text: 903-698-6998 All Methods: Leave your name, contact information (phone or email) and the type, date, and time of the service in which you are cancelling. Late Cancellation: Cancellations are considered “late” when the client does not cancel or reschedule at least [48] hours prior to the scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations will result in the client forfeiting 50% of the total price of the scheduled service or event. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments will result in the client forfeiting 100% of the total price of the scheduled service or event. The Coach/Counselor reserves the right to retain payment or bill the Client for a missed meeting.
